Challenge

Name, brand, and develop messaging for a new community building application that focused on security, privacy, and customization.

Goals

Make clear through branding and messaging the company’s values and mission that will resonate at all organization levels—whether it’s HR, CTOs, CEOs, Event Organizers, or Community leads—to establish trust not only with leadership but those on the ground spearheading its use.

Solution

The name was chosen to emphasize the company’s goal of creating supportive digital communities, free from the worry of their data being captured and sold. The brand highlights not only their well-crafted user interface, but alludes to the idea of that communities can now take back control of their privacy and security.

Discovery

Discovery analysis included looking at the why behind the company, crafting mission and vision statements, taking a look at their competitors and differentiators, a name evaluation, and recommendations.
